Terms of Service

Welcome to StyleAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StyleAI mobile application (the "App") and related services. By downloading or using StyleAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StyleAI. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account and Photos

StyleAI does not require account registration. You upload photos of yourself or photos you have explicit permission to use. You are solely responsible for the photos you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, photos of minors, or any photo that violates the rights of any person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate sexual, violent, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful imagery.
• Upload images depicting minors, real people without consent, or copyrighted material you do not own.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App's infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI outputs without our written permission.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to block usage and refuse service for any user who violates these rules.

4. Subscription and Billing

StyleAI offers an optional Pro subscription. Pricing is shown in-app and may vary by region. Subscriptions are billed by Apple via your iTunes account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

5. Free Tier and Daily Limits

The free tier includes a daily transformation limit. Limits are enforced per device and reset every 24 hours. Pro subscribers have unlimited transformations subject to fair-use policies designed to prevent abuse.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, models, and assets, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

AI-generated outputs from your photos may be used for personal purposes. Commercial use requires a Pro subscription and is subject to the licenses of the underlying AI providers (Replicate and the model authors).

7. AI Output Disclaimer

StyleAI uses generative AI to produce stylistic transformations. AI outputs are illustrative only and may contain artifacts, distortions, or unrealistic features. Outputs do not constitute professional beauty, medical, or styling advice. Use AI suggestions at your own discretion.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services including Apple, Replicate, Firebase, RevenueCat, OneSignal, Google AdMob, and Supabase. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply when their services are used. We are not responsible for third-party outages or behavior.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the service or other users.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
