Common questions

The AI result doesn't look right.

For best results, use a front-facing selfie with even lighting, no sunglasses, and your hair fully visible. Avoid extreme angles or low-light conditions. If a specific filter consistently produces a poor result, email us a screenshot so we can tune the prompt.

I hit my daily limit and want more transformations.

Free users get a limited number of transformations per day. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited transformations, all filter packs, and priority generation. The daily counter resets at midnight in your local time.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your Apple ID at the top, then Subscriptions, find StyleAI, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

I was charged but Pro features are not active.

Open StyleAI, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". This re-syncs your subscription from your Apple ID. If the issue persists, email us your Apple receipt order number and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

How do I change the app language?

Open StyleAI, go to Settings > Language, and pick from English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Arabic. The change applies immediately. For Arabic right-to-left layout, the App will prompt you to close and reopen.

The app is crashing on launch.

Try these steps in order:

  1. Force-close the app and reopen it.
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. Check the App Store for an available update.
  4. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall (your subscription will be restored automatically).
  5. If still not working, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Photos are not stored on our servers. They are processed by AI and discarded within seconds. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

I want to delete my data.

StyleAI does not require an account, so we do not hold a profile linked to your identity. To stop all anonymous analytics, disable analytics consent in StyleAI Settings > Privacy. To request deletion of any data we may hold relating to a subscription receipt, email us.

Can I use StyleAI on Android?

Not yet. StyleAI is currently iOS only. Follow us for updates on platform expansion.
